Coltsfoot leaf

Tussilago farfara

Preparation:

Add 2 tablespoonfuls of the beaten or cut herbs to 1 1⁄2 liters of boiling water, boil for a few minutes; cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain.

Function:

clears Heat and Damp, relieves Inflammation, eases Pain

Use:

Arthritis

Dose:

1 cup, 3 times daily
