Uses:

1. Clears Wind-Damp, Relieves Pain:

-Wind-Damp muscle or joint pain
-also Itchiness from Wind

2. Moves the Blood, Clear Stasis, Relieves Pain:

-Trauma, Bruising
-Pain of a stabbing, fixed nature

Dose:

Powder: 1–3 grams

Substitute:

1. Celandine (Chelidonium majus) (Listed in Russian texts, possibly a local substitute)
2. Corydalis Yan Hu Suo
