Preparation:
Gently heat the Sugar and Honey together with a little Water of Water Lilly until it has thickened, then when almost cold, mix the rest in fine powder
Function:
Clears Heat, eases Pain, promotes Rest
Use:
1. Insomnia from Heat
2. Frantic people with Restlessness and Insomnia
Dose:
2 drams–1⁄2 oz. It may also be applied externally to the temples, forehead, under the nose and on the pulses.
Cautions:
Avoid overdose.
