Decoct the Currants and Licorice in the Bugloss and Endive Water, then strain and press, then add the rest, decoct until thick, strain, and when almost cold add the following in fine Powder:

Benefits the Liver, calms Wind, stops Spasms
Use:
Used specifically for Dizziness and Vertigo associated with Liver weakness and internal Wind; it may be used for various other similar conditions when associated with Liver deficiency. It is especially good for the old, weak, and chronic cases.
