Use:
1. Trauma
2. Internal Bruising
3. Blood Stagnation
Dose:
1⁄2–1 dram with wine
Cautions:
None noted
Modifications:
1. A better proportion would be Rhubarb (1 dram), Shilajit (2 scruples), Madder (1 scruple).
2. Myrrh and Frankincense and can be added
3. A version from Augustine Dispensatory add Sealed Earth and Dragon’s Blood
