Black Pepper

Piper nigrum

Ivy

Hedera helix

2 drams ea.

Honey

Mel

sufficient

Preparation:

Powder, and mix with Honey to form an Electuary

Function:

Clears Wind and Damp, moves Blood, eases Pain

Use:

1. Sciatica
2. Pain of the Sacrum or Hip
3. Lower Back Pain

Dose:

Take 2 drams in wine in which Germander has been boiled; or to use it as a Powder without Honey, take 1 dram with the wine.
