Preparation:

Form Pills of 500mg each

Function:

Settles Wind, Regulates Qi

Use:

Used for a condition where Blood and Wind rush upwards, with a feeling of fullness, tightness, or pressure in the chest, and head; Headaches and Dizziness,Ttinnitis, Vertigo.; Cardiac Discomfort, palpitations, generalised feeling of deep cardiac unease: Acute anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, or a feeling of being completely overwhelmed.
1. Specifically used for Hypertension
2. Hypertensive Crisis
3. Cardiovascular congestion with severe panic or anxiety
4. Anxiety with chest distress or cardiac discomfort

Dose:

1–2 pills (500–1000mg), once or twice daily.
These types of medicines are often only taken once per day before bed.

Cautions:

1. Avoid overdose. Not used long term
2. Not used during Pregnancy or Breastfeeding
3. Not used in Fever
