SHIPPING:
  1. Minimum order for Herbal products is $50
  2. Shipping cost is Flat Rate of $25 per order to Australia, USA, UK, Europe, and Canada. Please contact for shipping quotes to all other countries.
  3. We usually ship within 3–5 days of order being processed. If some items are out of stock or will take longer than a few days, we will contact you to see if you wish to cancel or split your order.
  4. We use different courier services depending on the country being shipped to.
  5. Items are shipped from our storage facility in Foshan, China.
  6. As the buyer, you should be aware of possible Delays from customs inspection; Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay; and Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery. Your country's customs office can offer more details.

RETURN POLICY
  1. Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Postage will not be refunded and return postage is at the expense of the buyer
  3. All goods must be returned unopened and in as-new condition.
  4. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
  1. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all items bought are allowed entry into their country. While we rarely have items siezed by customs, we will not be liable for items that are seized. Different countries have different regulations regarding import of plant materials and other items that we sell. In some instances, import permits may be required which are the buyers responsibility. This is why most of the herbs we sell are powdered as they are less likely to have problems with international shipping.
  2. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that herbs we sell can be legally used as medicines in your country. Otherwise, they are sold as curios, incense, perfumery or for other non-medical purposes.
