Botanical name:
Pyrethrum tatsienense (syn. Chrysanthemum tatsienense, C. jugorum, Tanacetum tatsienense)

Parts used:
Flower

Temperature & Taste:
Cool, dry. Bitter

Uses:
1. Clears Liver Heat, Relieves Pain:
-Headache, pain in the upper body
-pain in the Hypochondria
-Hepatitis
-Hepato-protective, Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic effects have been noted

2. Clears Heat, Moves the Blood:
-Fractures, Bruising, Wounds; especially Head injuries
-Ulcers


DOSE:

SUBSTITUTE:
1. The grass of Bidens tripartita has been used by Tibetans in Russia.
2. Chrysanthemum Ju Hua or Snow Chrysanthemum Xue Ju Hua may be effective substitutes.

1. Wind-Heat affecting the Heart and disturbing the Mind, Pyrethrum tatsienense with Aloeswood, Triphala, Clove
