Uses:
1. Kills Worms:
-used for Worms, especially in Children
2. Clears Damp, Resolves Stones:
-used for Gravel and Stones
-'very profitable in hot Gouts' (Salmon)
3. Clears Stomach Heat:
-antacid in gastric reflux, belching
-binding and strengthening (Salmon); astringes and clears Heat
DOSE:
Of the Powder: 500mg–3 grams (½ scruple–1 dram) with Wine, Milk or Cassia.
